2015 transit connect coolant gone black

Hi all

I have got a 2015 connect 1.6 van with 53,000mile and the coolant has gone black, I have had the egr valve changed and the system flushed by ford about 1000 mile ago but it has still gone back, it does not use any water or oil, took it back to ford and they are now saying it could be head gasket, but they say they have never changed a head gasket on these engines before, has any else have similar problems or have any dealings with the head gasket?
