    Its rubbish very sensitive to phone movement. Lot of posts on this forum about it.

    Thanks Comares, glad it's not just me then. My dealership took the car back to check it and they reckoned it worked fine but not on any of the four phones I tried, I think they speak with forked tongue.

    What difficulty are you having?

    Need to make sure the phone can't move, it's designed for big phones.

    I've got some black foam to keep it in the correct area to charge without moving.
