P0300 & P0030 fault codes

Right so my other halfs Fusion 3 Semi auto, is giving me a head ache. 

Last few days has been chucking up these 2 codes. The O2 sensor code is in engine fault sub menu and the low fuel pressure is in the A/T sub menu on my reader. The low fuel preasure code wont clear but it doesnt bring on the EML.

Reset the code for O2 sensore bank 1 and EML off. Car will start and drive lovely 3 or 4 times then EML back on.

O2 sensor 1 has been replaced. And my code reader shows that both sensor 1 and sensor 2 are registering data. Yet i still have P0030 code. 

 

Am i looking at a ground issue? Please correct me if im wrong, but if im getting readings from the sensor it must have power and is working to produce data. 

 

Any idea much appreciated on this. Only other thing to try sort i believe have a vacuum leak near temp sensor on side engine can hear it but cant find the damn thing.

    Just checked the  the connector on car side get 4.5v on top left 12v on top right, matches battery supply. 

    Been for 30 mile drive after reset with new sensor in as not sure if it needs time to calibrate and set itself up with ecu.
