Ford transit sat nav problem

Featured Replies

I have a 68 plate ford transit custom ltd

it has been in and out of the fords work shops so many time, with a sat nav problem it keeps losing it GPS signal then it will give you instructions of a totally different place that you are not in, as well as the map showing you may be in a field or a near by river.

they are tell me that it is not a warranty issue after carrying out loads of work trying to fix it, I find this so frustrating, the after sale care is rubbish, apart from this I am very satisfied with the van, but I leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.

i have a new ford transit truck on order, Wichita based on the after sale care I will be cancelling.

has any one had the same problem, any in put will be appreciated.

Hi Ted,

The GPS issue is widespread in Sync 3 applications with no definitive explanation/solution so far. Have a look here from the Fiesta forum, for instance.
