Engine turn off while breaking

My galaxy has a very strange symptom.

When we are slowing down and about to stop the car and hit the brake, for example on the traffic stop, it shuts off like a fuel cut. Sometimes in a 30 km trip through the traffic, it turns off 20 times, whenever I stop and take the brake.
He had 2 days at local  Ford in Lisbon, Portugal,  but they didn´t find anything, find some errors but couldn´t find the real cause. They suggested taking the injection pump out for testing and repair, but they don't know. Another 2 mechanics said it could be from the steering angle sensor, but they are not sure, and it would have to be programmed and they cannot program.
Anyone experienced this?
