    Replaced my window regulator today. Then when u built the door back up and got into the car the car says the door isn't closed and the car won't lock. Anyone had this problem?

    The door closed switch is part of the door lock module.  It sounds like you've just knocked the plug out of the module while swapping the regulator, but may have also damaged a wire in the process.
