Ford focus estate rear bumper removal mark 3

Featured Replies

Anyone know how to remove bumper on mark 3 estate.

I watched videos and looked at normal hatchback ones , but seemed different.

I removed two 8mm screws from under each wheel arch, prob about 4 screws, or maybe 6 directly at back of ope. Boot, and then two clips  under the car. I then removed rear indicators to free the top.

I thought all of the above would release the bumper, but it still seems to be fixed firm.

I have a water leak and wanted to check rear vents and  also fit parking sensor at same time. Was hoping to see markings on rear bumper to drill into.

Many thanks

Pull the sides outwards to free them from the body then pull the bumper up and off.
