fiesta 2016 tilt seat problem

Hi all, could anyone offer any help with my problem. ..

The misses has a ford fiesta 2016 with the dreaded seat tilt not working, I will try to give as much info as i can.

It's the passenger seat which is not tilting, it will slide back and forth with the handle under the seat but wont tilt. When the latch is pulled i can see the seat does un-clip on the side nearest the handbrake but the seat side nearest the door wont un-clip or is stuck. I have seen lots of vids and guides for the earlier models (pre 2008)but cant find any for this model. I have removed the seat cushion to see if i can see any of the cables to check if it is broke but there is nothing there around the joint where it tilt's. I cant seem to find with the tilt cables go to or find them at the base of the seat.(are they shorter on this model?).

Any help would be great,
