Radio issue

Featured Replies

Hi all. I have read about this same issue I have and no one seems to know the answer. Not even the Ford dealership.

I was using my Bluetooth with my phone and all of a sudden my whole audio system doesn't work. There is a small icon of an empty battery on the center screen. My car battery is brand new and everything else works. Any help would be appreciated. I disconnected my battery and still nothing along with now my clock doesn't work and I can not get any of the audio or clock to work at all.

I guess you have checked all fuses ? This is interesting i dont know if same radio as you.

the bluetooth module has a battery to preserve settings. if that battery has gone flat that sounds like either a fuse as said above or a loose connection. as far as i know the battery should charge whenever the vehicle is running and last for many weeks between charge   check all the cables to the bluetooth module located in the passenger footwell roof and all the connections to the radio.
