Condensation in the front lights

Featured Replies

Hi just wondering if anyone knows if the front headlamps can be split to clean and reseal headlight cluster? Any help would be appreciated

You might want to update the Model of your car in your profile so people know which car you have before they can help...I'm assuming it's a Focus?

Interested in this one! My 2011 Focus has condensation in the offside headlamp and I was wondering about the best plan of attack. I assume it would be an M.O.T failure?

Regards.

Not familiar with the Focus headlamps but on my Mondeo there are breathing tubes, I imagine when the headlamps warm up from the heat of the bulbs it would let any moisture out...worth checking these aren't blocked on yours.

Not sure if it's an MOT failure, they'll check for function, damage, beam aim and pattern....I could be wrong...there are websites out there that would explain every check in detail.
