Hearing Clunking when I turn right from driver side wheel

Hello there, I’ve recently started to hearing a clunking or knocking noise when I turn right over a bumpy road or bump, I had a service couple weeks ago and mot but nothing was picked up, does anyone know what it could be or If they have the same issue? Cheers

    I had a similar noise at one point which turned out to be the front anti roll bushing needing greasing.

    Not really If the roads pretty flat I don’t hear a thing, it’s only when I go pretty quick over a bumpy road
