tunne1rat
those arent dtc codes Oh yes they are... The S-Max/Galaxy/Mondeo use a new DTC format. There is no list as there are several thousand possible DTC codes which can only be decoded by Ford IDS.
Nel
According to the Global Master Record DataBase (GMRDB) the codes mean: c15100 - Lost Comms with the Restraints Control Module c42268 - Invalid Data recieved from the Body Control Module c41568 - Invalid Data recieved from the Anti-Lock Braking System Module c42068 - Invalid Data recieved from the Power Steering Control Module Goodluck ! ionvescu
That's a great info, thanks. In my Mondeo MK4 I recently got: - C42268; - C41568; - C41668; While the first two should be as per yours- guess S-Max and Mondeo use same DTC (while having ABS, ESP and handbrake warning lights on), the third one (C41668) remains a mistery... Would you please refer to the GMRDB (?) and bring some light... Thanks in anticipation.
