tunne1rat 20 Posted April 3, 2010 those arent dtc codes Oh yes they are... The S-Max/Galaxy/Mondeo use a new DTC format. There is no list as there are several thousand possible DTC codes which can only be decoded by Ford IDS.
Nel 0 Posted April 29, 2010 According to the Global Master Record DataBase (GMRDB) the codes mean: c15100 - Lost Comms with the Restraints Control Module c42268 - Invalid Data recieved from the Body Control Module c41568 - Invalid Data recieved from the Anti-Lock Braking System Module c42068 - Invalid Data recieved from the Power Steering Control Module Goodluck ! ionvescu 0 Posted October 7, 2010 That's a great info, thanks. In my Mondeo MK4 I recently got: - C42268; - C41568; - C41668; While the first two should be as per yours- guess S-Max and Mondeo use same DTC (while having ABS, ESP and handbrake warning lights on), the third one (C41668) remains a mistery... Would you please refer to the GMRDB (?) and bring some light... Thanks in anticipation.
