Hello everyone!

I'm new to the world of ford fiestas, having just recently bought one.

First thing we noticed were a few errors:

- rear demister doesn't work.

- the blowers didn't work (on setting 1, 2, and 3. 4 worked fine). We replaced the 'heater/blower motor fan resistor' and all 4 settings worked fine for a month (until today when we had a puff of smoke from the blowers - now we are back to only setting 4 working again).

- front seat tilters don't work (the ones to let someone into the back seats)

- the front windscreen wiper intermittent setting keeps stopping the wipers halfway across the screen between cycles.

 

All of these problems together mean that my experience of owning a fiesta haven't been too great so far.

Today when the blowers went, a engine system fault light came on so I used my obd scanner to find it: please see attached screenshot.

 

If anyone could give me some advice on where to start with repairing these things, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Has any one got experience with fiesta 1.6 diesel 2008 model. My wife's has been cutting out as she goes to pull away. I can't seem to get any fault codes. 

I had 2007 fiesta 1.6 tdci. It kept cutting out and new fuel filter fixed it, but it did have fault code for low fuel pressure

Just a little note, forgot to mention which car model it is... its a Fiesta Zetec S 1.6 diesel 2007.

Also forgot to mention, not sure if it makes a difference but the previous owner did a wiper delete on it.
