Fiesta mk7 2012 air con fan speed.

Featured Replies

Hi folks I hope this is the right section for this? Could anyone tell me is the fan speed should be adjustable on the air conditioning on a mk7 fiesta. The reason I ask is that the blower fan went faulty and I changed it out, only for the bearings to fail after 3000 miles. I got a replacement but this thing seams to be running flat out and making some noise. Should the speed adjust with the blower fan speed I.e. 1-3?

Hope that makes sense TIA.

It could be a faulty heater resistor. Is your fan stuck on one speed or can you vary the speed on the dial. See resistor below.
