Hello,

In the past, i used the ETIS summary page to view what factory equipment was on my fords.  Since coming back to Ford this month, i know see the ETIS information is reduced without logging in. It looks, to me, that you cant just create a username and you need to be ford approved.

Is there anyone with full ETIS access on this channel, who will do requests for the ETIS vehicle summary information and let me have a copy & paste of it?  I would like to know what was factory fitted and anything else that shows up.

 

I registered as an independent operator when they restricted what you saw without logging in. I think all I had to give is name and email address. No payment details or anything. It looks to me like everyone can do this unless it’s been altered again recently

When I login to ETIS I used to be able to get the extended list of Minor features items. Not any more. Clicking the Minor features button does nothing. Has not done for a couple of months or so.

Try a different browser. This happened to me a while ago using Firefox, so I use Chrome when going to ETIS now.

Just logged in using chrome and mine is fine too.

Did you re-register as an independent when Ford sent out the email back in September 2019?

Pretty sure I did but will have a go at reregitering as an independant just incase.
