Replacing rear bumper brackets-advise please

Hi my husband and I have taken the rear bumper off our 2016 Fiesta today, ready to fit flush parking sensors. When it was taken off though, some of the plastic clips on the bracket snapped off. Does anyone know how to replace these? Ive seen they are sold on eBay but they don't seem to be screwed on, so I'm not sure how hard it will be to 1) get off and 2) fix new ones on.

    In case anyone has this same problem, we actually found some of the parts that fell off and used gorilla super glue, waiting 24 hours and it worked! Bumper back on and a perfect fit.
