Won’t start

Featured Replies

Hi, I bought a fiesta style 2006 1.2 petrol for my daughter who just passed test, the problem is that the engine turns but won’t start, it’s starting on a run, the battery fine, but when I turn off and come back 10 minutes later same thing, engine turning but not starting. ( it’s as if it’s not picking up fuel to start engine).  Please help.

Check under the bonnet fuse box. Check for loose wires, bad ground ,wriggle relays and wires around etc.Sounds like a loose wire that's not priming the fuel pump. Also check there's a good earth to the engine management solenoid .
