Hi everyone. I have a 2011 smax with sony radio and ford converse+ screen on the dash.

today my phone option disappeared from the display and when I push the pick up/hang up button on the radio, it just mutes the radio.  Any suggestions?

    Sounds like either the fuse for the bluetooth module had blown or the module itself has failed.

    The radio goes to mute when you press the pick up/ hang up button if you have a car that doesn't have the bluetooth module fitted from the factory.

    The bluetooth module is also prone to crashing/locking up.  There are threads on here and elsewhere with possible recovery methods. Basically the bluetooth module needs to be powered down to reset.
