Tail Light.

Hi all just wondering if anyone can help me ive got a fiesta mk5 1.3i endure e engine on a 51 plate what it is the tail light on the drivers side keeps on going out and ive got to give the light a little knock and then it comes back on can anyone help me what the cause of this can be cheers alan.

Could be a bulb on its way out?, try replacing the bulb and see if it cures the problem.

it could be the connections at the buld a bit corroded, try cleaning them and refit the bulb.

could be the bulb holder connections.

So basecally just give it a little clean with a cloth or is there anything i should clean it with cheers.

use anything that will bring the 'brightness' back to the connections.
