Etis help 2019 Fiesta

Featured Replies

Hi all.

We are currently waiting for our new Fiesta Trend 1.1 5 door in Agate Black with city pack (build date 10/10/19).  Trading in a 2018 Silver Ka+ Zetec 85 with city pack.

I have an Etis print & I just have a couple of questions.

It says Level 2 headlights, are they the ones with the LED hoop dayrunners?

I assume Level 1 tail lamps means I have the filament bulb rather than the LED signature light.

Our car appears to be in a limbo mode between the current online brochure (as that is my2019.75) and the price list as that is from 01/01/20 and has different engines to what we have (1.1 85ps)

I know the car will be at the dealers soon, but I am a bit like an excited child.

One thing that did surprise me is the brochure states there is no lumbar support even optional on the Trend, yet it states on Etis we have drivers manual lumbar support.

The only thing we are disappointed about is the Trend only has a hard polyurethane steering wheel rather than a leather one the Ka+ has. Bit of a shame, but hopefully not the end of the world.

Not sure about the answer to your lighting question unfortunately.

With regards to the steering wheel though, something like this would certainly solve the issue.

Out of interest how have you managed to get the info from ETIS? The public only get very limited information and you can no longer register as an IO. Did the dealer print it for you or are you on the trade yourself?

Where I live (Finland ) the trend version of Fiesta seems to have halogen daytime running lights as default.

I work within the trade, but not at a Ford dealer....

Unfortunately that cover is for a 09-17 car, I will do a hunt for something similar for a later car.

2019 UK Trends are LED DRL, unfortunately I've nothing to confirm my2020 for UK.  European Trend is more like Style was in the UK.

According to eBay the link I sent you will also fit the Mk7 fiesta. I've seen those covers used by a lot of Mondeo owners and if you take your time with the stitching then they can look and feel really good.

AliExpress is flooded with them too

Is this doable with the steering wheel insitu, or do you have to disable the airbag & remove the wheel?

Completely manageable with the wheel insitu. A lot of the fellas have had their wives sitting out in the car doing it lol

Typical, the car turned up today & is exactly as expected.  I only quickly saw it in the dark tonight, the wife is collecting it tomorrow while I am out, but it has the LED halo DRLs and filament rear lights.  It has 8" non Nav Sync 3 but it all looks very smart.

I'll see it in the light on Sunday so if she lets me I'll get some pictures.

Brilliant! Happy motoring.

You can always enable the Nav and add it to the car [emoji6]

When we test drove the 1.1 it was Zetec Nav & the Nav got us stuck in a horrible traffic jam that Waze would have avoided so Apple CarPlay on the 8" screen will be fine.

Both my current car and my last car have had built in Nav, but have mainly used CarPlay anyway.

I forgot about the CarPlay. I would choose that every day of the week
