Heater fan not working

Featured Replies

Hi I have a problem with the fan in my 2012 titanium fiesta  ive checked the fuse and relay also the heater resistor but the fan still doesn't work  any thoughts appreciated it's the climate control system thanks

not particularly familiar with the fan and it's location. If mine I would be thinking:

does the fan motor have two terminals? disconnect the wires from it. run two wires from battery terminals and connect to the two fan motor terminals. does the fan work?

You need to start at that point to see if the fan motor itself is dead or not. Make sure you don't short the two wires when connected to the battery. Twelve volts won't kill you with regard to voltage but sparks / heat/fire risk would be bad due to the huge amount of power the battery holds.
