I've got Ford Galaxy 2011 and Audio PIN Code is required after the battery was disconnected.

    To get audio PIN code you need the radio serial number found on the side of radio, or can be obtained by pressing buttons 2 and 5 or 2 and 6, can't remember which now. So switch radio then press and hold both buttons until various letters and numbers appear. What you need to make note of is the numbers that starts with the letter "v" . Then with serial number use eBay to obtain  the 4 digit code cheaply .

    The system is actually called Ford NX MCA, so there are no number buttons. (example image attached)

    You have dismount radio unit. On rear of radio device you can find serial number.  Then I advice to use android App RadioCode to get the code. It's for free.
