Knock Sensor location on 1.0 Ecoboost

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, newbie here!

I'm hoping someone can tell me (or show me!) where the knock sensor is located on the 2016 1.0 ecoboost.  I've exhausted the internet in the hope for an image with a big red arrow pointing to the knock sensor, but can't find anything!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance guys.

I think it's located on the back of the block , and I think its the one pointed to in the picture below 🙂

Couldn't have been on the front of the block for ease, could it?!! 🙄

Thanks again 👍
