Problem with key fob on a mk6 fiesta

My key fob has stopped working, I can't open or lock the car using the key fob. I can open it manually with the key. This started last night when my son was trying to connect his wireless headphones to his phone while in the car. When we got out the fob wouldn't lock the car. 

I was just wondering if you can unblock it and if so how? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Disconnect battery for 30 mins see if this resets the system or coincedance the battery in the fob has gone flat , i cant see your sons headphones interfering with the locking system..
