Popping speakers when turning or hitting pump

Looking for advice. Speakers have started popping when turning Shap or hitting pump even if stereo is turned off. Some times resulting in all but the center speaker in dash going off. If I bang dash all will come back on. It's the titanium module with the Sony head unit on a 13plate . I'm thinking could be a lose connection from head unit has any one had this problem before
