I’ll try make this quick and simple. I want to put a sunstrip on my 2006 Ford Fiesta Zetec S. I currently have a 22” wiper on the driver side and 16” on the passenger. The driver side wiper covers most of the windscreen so there isn’t much room to install a sunstrip. Would I be able to downsize the driver side to something like 16” or 18”?

By fitting a shorter wiper blade don`t forget you will also reduce the amount that is cleaned at the bottom of the windscreen.

Just chop an inch off the top of the existing blade...

Or stick the sun strip on the inside of the glass would look ok unless you have a heated windscreen which then you would see the element lines

The sunsrtrip?  It's a vinyl sticker, should last a few years outside!

Aaahhhh - so not like the sunstrip I put on my 2.8i Capri then !
