Fiesta 1.6 titanium 2009 tdci limp mode

Featured Replies

My fiesta keeps going into LIMP mode, to give you some background on the car, it has been serviced every year without fail,  millage is at 113K, and the bulbs I seem to change every 3/6 months which is crazy!
So far I have changed EGR valve but it has made no difference.  The guys at the garage thinks it is the turbo, but I don't want to be spending £££ as the car is not worth that much. I have managed to get the fault code from the car.

Fault Code:
fault code/s:System : Engine control 1 - ZZK / Diesel EDC 16C34 5.xU210000 - Engine control unit. Error Message : Configuration error.P048900 - Exhaust-gas recirculation valve. Error Message : Short to ground.P048000 - Radiator fan 1. Error Message : Malfunction.P029900 - Turbocharger. Error Message : Charge air pressure too low.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thank you
