MK6 1.4 (petrol) burning oil smell inside

My petrol 1.4 2003 Mk6 smells of burning oil when the heater is on. I guess oil is dripping on the exhaust and coming in through the heater.

It is not dripping oil on the ground and there are no visible leaks under the bonnet.

Are they prone to oil leaks in a particular place?

    Oil leaks can appear anywhere Rocker cover,crankshaft , manifolds, turbos just about anywhere.Just need to look everywhere get a good torch and have a good look.
