Fiesta MK7 1.25 vibrates/runs rough

Featured Replies

Hello,

i'm having issues with my Fiesta MK7, 82 BHP, 1.25l, built in 2010. The engine vibrates/runs rough. I notice it in idle and also when accelerating. The idle rpm is constant though, around 750 rpm. When opening the hood, the engine is slightly shaking. The drivers and passengers "makup mirrors" are also vibrating when opened, my wife said they weren't vibrating a few weeks ago.

Is this normal behavior for the 4 pistons engine? I tried to find videos on Youtube and had the impression that the engine is pretty settled in idle. What are possible causes or things I can check? I also have Forscan.

I already replaced the spark plugs, coil & leads. I also replaced the three engine mounts, it got better at dampening the engine vibrations, however it's still noticable.

Thanks in advance!
