Looking for info/guidance, would like to add a second usb port beside the current one, want to be able to charge two devices at once (the gfs phone and mine etc) and don't want to use a clunky cigarette lighter charger. Is this a easy job, don't care about the second port to connect to sync, just charge.

I’ve got a really low profile adaptor that turns cigarette lighter into 2 USBs. Not clunky at all. Happy to send you it if you want to give it a try?

That's the same as the one I've got a spare of which I'm willing to send to Jamie for free :)

The USB port in my last Fiesta didn't supply enough power to charge a phone - it did have a 2nd USB (and a power socket) between the back seats behind the gear stick.

I really like Anker products, have about 4 of their nylon lighting cables, 2 usb plugs and a mini power core lol, if it sites near enough flush in the  cigarette lighter i'd love to try it. thank you so much for the offer, would like to take you up on it!
