"19mph" under temp on display

Featured Replies

Hi. What's the 19mph mean under the temp? It stays on this when driving.

Thanks in advance.

Craig.

Thats your "average" mph since the display was reset - you should be able to change it to something more useful such as "miles to empty or mpg" by pressing (i think) the end of the indicator stalk

Thanks. It must be broke! I got the car from my dad who drives at snail pace and I drive down 70mph roads for most of my journeys. Had the car for about a month and not long MOT.

If it's never been reset it'll take months to raise the average.  I'm always surprised by how low my average is as I reset it each time I fill up.  It's only ever about 24mph and I very rarely drive in any sort of stop start traffic!
