Bluetooth not working completely

Featured Replies

I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta Titanium, I am able to connect to SYNC via Bluetooth, make and accept calls and all that stuff, the one thing I can’t do is play Spotify through the car’s speakers. It says on Spotify that I’m connected to SYNC and it says it is playing but all I can hear is the radio playing. This is so frustrating and if any of you have any fixes or advice it’s greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

With the phone connected and Spotify playing you need to press 'aux' on the sync controls. It will cycle through the inputs, one of which will be Bluetooth.
