Bluetooth module

Featured Replies

The Bluetooth module on my 2014 Fiesta Diesel has never worked. Before anyone says anything I've removed the battery, left it then plugged it back in, pulled fuses out and even pulled the module out myself to check no wires has gone loose

When i press Phone on the dash nothing happens, when i press Aux it try's for half a second then just goes back to radio. Also the Aux and USB doesn't work if i plug anything in

I've just decided it's the actual module that's broken so i rang Ford for a price and got quoted £140 for the module and £440 labour!!

I was quite blown away with the price of labour. Is it really that hard to do? Could i just get the part and plug it in or is there more behind it? Like setting it up, doing any updates etc etc
