Hi

I just received a email from ford pass with the following, I have since logged back into the Ford pass app, what does this exactly mean, should i be concerned?

I changed my password to be safe.

Have you accidentally set up multiple accounts?

I did get a similar email once when I was getting warranty work done, but I deleted the email not long after so I'm not sure if it was exactly the same.

The only other thing I can think of is that if you have done a major update of your phone recently then that could have messed things up.

Could try uninstalling / reinstalling the app and see how you go.

It’s ok guys I’m logged back in, just wasn’t sure why I got logged out.

Not done  any updates either.
