Ford fiesta Bluetooth doesn't work

Featured Replies

Hey...I recently have bought a used Ford Fiesta Zetec S (year of production:2009) which was imported from England in 2019..When I press the PHONE button it says MUTE and when I press the AUX button doesn't seems to work...When I Called Ford LTD in UK and I ask them If my car included the extra of bluetooth they answered me YES..Also they told me to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes in order to reset the system but this didnt work...

Can anybody help me?

Thank you

I think you have to go through the menu to pair the phone to the Bluetooth, not 100per cent sure as it wAs about 2 years ago when I got my current phone

Perform a full reset on sync option, then remove the fuse.
