    2017 is inbetween the mk7.5 and the mk8. They made both models in that year.

    Easier for you to just post a pic of your car than me try to explain it lol.

    Fiesta mk numbers are confusing as it’s different in uk. Parts comparability often shows a lower number than we generally use in uk. Eg my mk7 often shows as mk vi . And so on

    My 2017 plate st line was a Mk7.5 (the old style number keypad on the dash) My 2019 plate st line x is a Mk8 ( the one with the touch screen display). That's the way I would describe them but the internet and other countries use different numbering.
