Brake issue 2011 fiesta van

Featured Replies

Hi all can anyone help, ive had a braking issue now for some months, when under sharp or heavy braking and when im slow braking but go over small pot holes or bumps, something happens to my brakes, its like they lock up but dont actually lock, they grind and i the car keeps going and i have to pump the brake for it to work properly, i then had a collision with a tree root on a verge and decided to really look into it. after the collision i have had to and chosen to replace the following items, Driveshaft (left and Right), discs, Pads, suspension arm, left shock and spring, inner tie rod, track rod end. then taken the car in to the garage of which they done the tracking, i showed the garage what the brakes were doing out on the road and left with them, after them having the vehicle and "looking at it" they said its down to the tracking, ive got of the forcourt and up the road to find the brakes still doing the same thing under hard braking etc, any ideas on what it could be? ive been asked if its the ABS kicking in and its normal but ive had the van for over five years but its only started happening the last few months. Its a 2011 for fiesta Van and i want to get it sorted but had enough of guessing and paying out for bits thats not fixing the issue.

Have you replaced any brake pipes?
