Hi all, 

 

I own a 2012 Ford Fiesta 1.2L and I have a problem with the driver’s seat. I first noticed this issue when I was cleaning the car and found the seat could go a little bit forwards and a little backwards. It seems like something is jammed on the right side track as the seat is clearly hitting something. I had a look closer and there’s nothing like a coin or dust blocking it but I can see a white tab with numbers on is there and isn’t moving. 
 

can anyone help me out with this? How can I unblock the seat and make it easily slide back and forth? Any help will be great.
