Ford sync Bluetooth and usb

Featured Replies

My Sony Bluetooth head Unit on my mk7 2011 Ford Fiesta 1.6 titanium and the USB port aren’t working the usb charges my phone and allows me to view my songs however when I try to play the songs they come from my phone however I can control what song I want by the head unit buttons , the Bluetooth also does not connect it displays on my Bluetooth settings on my iPhone but when I try to pair my phone it says Bluetooth device list full and I need to debond devices , when I go to Bluetooth the Bluetooth constantly says that it is off and doesn’t show any devices I can debond , I have disconnected the module and reset it trying to fix the problem however the same thing is happening , if anybody has a soloution or advice it would be much appreciated. PS I have also tried voice control and that doesn’t work either to disconnect

Hi,

Believe there is a fuse designated for the sync/ Bluetooth module. I recall having this problem a couple of months back, simply removing the fuse and re-installing it seemed to solve the problem. Hope this helps 😀
