Sync 3 Update Error

We've tried multiple times to get our Sync 3 updated. Followed all the directions and keep getting this error displayed on the radio screen.

Invalid or Unsigned File

Your Installation package may have corrupted, the package signature may have failed or the signature may have been revoked.

 

We've done the following- Downloaded via Owner.ford page then opened with NCH express Zip, saved to USB (multiple brands) using exFAT format. Also tried by copying the link to a new browser (used Edge and Firefox). Each time, we are getting this error. Is it possible Ford's download is an expired certificate?
