i have an on going saga with a 07 1.2 style with a progressive worse noisy thrust bearing

the warranty is finished this month

having took this car back to the dealers 4 times they say that yes its getting noisier but its not worth persuing as ford wont do anything anyway

how the heck do i resolve ths

rung ford customer services they say try another dealer but closest dealer is same company

can anyone give me a way forward

they are doing my mot tuesday so need help soon

    Get an independent mechanics report on the problem and then show this to FORD.

    Even if it takes until after your warranty is out they have to resolve the problem as was brought up before warranty is out.
