Fiesta 2015. Overheating

Pls assist my 2015 1.4 fiesta is building pressure in the water bottle and the temperature rises fast . The fan is not coming on and the oil has no water in it . I have changed the head gasket and pressure tested the head . Confused.  Car is standing for months . Pls help

If fan dont turn on and engine overheat, replace thermostat.

Test the fan to make sure it still works, if it works but it's not coming on automatically I would check the temp sensor to make sure it's still connected and doesn't have any breaks in the wires; then check for output with a multimeter and replace if it's not working.
