125 Ecoboost Fiesta Clicking after heavy use

Featured Replies

Hey,

Spent a while scrolling through the forums looking for something similar but couldn't find it.

The fiesta make a clicking noise after heavy brake use (breaking after going down a very steep hill, breaking hard from a high speed).

The noise gets quicker with the speed of the car.

The noise disappears when the brakes are applied (even gently)

The noise disappears if I don't use the brakes for a bit - few mins.

The garage has had the brakes/tyres off and said all looks good. Will try to get a video of it today.

If anyone has had anything similar please share knowledge 🙂

Tyres are a bit bald.. getting new ones on Tuesday.. could it be related to this?
