Remote central locking problems

Hi All,

I am having problems with my central locking on my daughters 2014 fiesta.

It recently stopped working, so assumed it was the battery replaced the battery and still no joy. Tried the spare key and that didn't work either. Both keys work when you're sat in the car or if you have the key directly over the radio ariel on the roof, any distance away from the car or even stood by the drivers door the remote central locking doesn't work.

Anyone have any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
