2016 Ford Fiesta 5 Door 1.4 hatchback will not unlock

My Ford Fiesta 5 door is completely locked down. I lock it with a key remote and have the option to use the key in the drivers door only. The key now does not unlock the door.

I cant even open the bonnet to access the battery to see if it is flat, which I am suspecting it is and causing the car to be doubled locked.

Any suggestions on how to unlock it would be appreciated.  I have not called in a technician as we are in complete lock down due to virus.

    Have you tried using the manual key, not the remote, it has nothing to do with the battery and should always work.
