Transit Connect Sync 3 REALLY slow!?

Hi, my 2017 Transit Connect Sync 3 system is playing up and is ridiculously slow. I have done the soft reset with the on/off button and fast forward button many times and done the factory reset so many times too! I have disconnected all connected phones in case the contacts was slowing it down, but nothing has worked! It can take literally minutes for the system to start up, I'm down the road before the screen is on. The sat nav also thinks I'm miles away from the road Im actually on as well. If I'm actually able to connect to carplay, no matter what navigation app i use (Maps, Google or Waze) it throws them all off thinking Im driving parallel to the road I'm on, so they are constantly re-routing. So I cant use that! 

Without booking it in with the dealer, is there anything else i can do to fix it??
