Noise

Featured Replies

I have a noise when I drive over around 40mph its sounds like it's coming from the wheels as I can clearly hear its when not under power and just rolling, I was thinking tyres, anyway my young bro said it sounded a bit loud, i started doing some reading and came to the conclusion that it could be a wheel bearing I jacked up the car and checked all the wheels rears dont move at all from side to side but my front there is some movement and I slight click/knock on both front wheels if I rock them side to side, i take it that's a bearing, iv got it booked in for tomorrow but thought I'd ask here too

It was the drivers side wheel bearing and steering mounts £250, huge difference in noise and I can definitely feel the steering is more tight and smooth so that was my problem,
