Wierd noise.

Hi,not been on here for ages but now need some help.I have the st line 125 fiesta 2018 and on start up a funny noise is coming from the dash near the display screen,it also happens when turning ignition off.Noise only lasts a few seconds and sounds like a creaking door.lol Any ideas?

    Mine has literally just started doing this yesterday.  It was after using the air-con for the first time in months.
