When I did it on my Mondeo, I bought Castrol Syntrans oil at Halfords, its quite expensive! Make sure to have something ready to catch the old oil in... it stinks!    There's a YouTube guide for the Mondeo, and I bought one of those funnels with a long screw-on tube... coupla quid. But check what spec oil Ford  say to use... thats important to use the correct stuff.
