Hello all.

The missus picked up her new mk 8 fiesta active today.

It has a rear view camera but unlike the one on my Focus you can see the bumper on the bottom of the screen.

Is this normal?

Looks good! It's all down to personal taste and the Active seems to divide opinion. I must admit I prefer it (and the ST/ST-Line) to the "normal" Fiesta (I think it's the black rather than chrome grille that does it for me). A neighbour of ours has an Active in grey (Magnetic I think) and it really does look smart and she loves it. She had a Titanium X with big wheels and bodykit previously, and a couple of MINI Coopers and a Suzuki Swift Sport before that, so likes her nippy small cars!😀

It's a little higher riding than the zetec she had before but it doesnt feel any different handling.  It's actually a 2019 MY Active 1 100PS, with rear camera and sensors pack.  Got a good deal cos it was dealer stock they wanted to shift.  Cost us the price of the upcoming service on the zetec to change it, monthlies are the same, and it is nicer inside than the zetec, better seats, rear electric windows, connects to Fordpass.

It was a good test to see if what we had heard about PCP was correct, i.e it's only worth doing if it is minimal cost to change and you do change every 2 years.

Be interesting to see date of manufacture once it's fully up on etis.

Oh and if anyone sees BA18UWY bluewave zetec with nav up for sale, it's our old one and we did look after it.

Not a big fan of a white car but that looks good. Vinyl wrap the roof black though and it will look proper!
